Group Training Program

SJTU management personnel will be entitled to visits to world-class universities in groups for tailored fortnight-long training.

Shadow Program

SJTU management personnel have the opportunity to temporarily work and study at foreign universities/colleges for up to 6 months.

Training at SJTU’s Overseas Bases

Any management personnel applying for programs of long-term individual work and study abroad or short-term group training have to undergo SJTU’s international management training, foreign language competency test, and pre-departure training before being allowed to study at foreign universities.
